The Scene

The Philadelphia Folk Festival will take place at Old Pool Farm in Schwenksville in Montgomery County, roughly 35 miles outside of the city. Just for the occasion, the 80-acre working farm will be transformed into a musical wonderland where more than 100 different acts will entertain guests throughout the weekend. TajMo, Graham Nash and Old Crow Medicine Show are just a few of the talented performers set to take the stage.

Elsewhere, vendors will be on hand selling their unique wares and, of course, there will be plenty of delicious bites to enjoy when hunger strikes.

The festival will also offer kid’s activities like craft making and performances geared specifically toward children. The Give & Take Jugglers, a perennial favorite, will wow onlookers and teach folks how to juggle.
