Let the countdown begin – a food truck frenzy is on the way!
On Thursday, August 10, Night Market Philadelphia returns to Roxborough for four hours (6-10 p.m.) of eats, drinks, live music and more.
Not only is Roxborough one of the most verdant areas within the city, but it was also the site of last season’s most popular Night Market. Expect record numbers of festival-goers again this year along with plenty of food vendors, both old and new.

Food and Drinks
Two pro tips for Night Market attendees: Arrive early (to avoid long lines) and come hungry.
More than 70 vendors are set to serve up food and drinks throughout the evening event, including the likes of Foolish Waffles and Save Your Fork, as well as Night Market newcomers Brotherly Grub, Roasted Liberties, El Guaco Loco and Chef Mama Joy.
Look forward to everything from tacos to sushi burritos to pizza along with sweet treats like brownies, cupcakes and water ice.
Also, look out for four craft brew tents spread out throughout the festival grounds, pouring local options from Victory Brewing Company, Troegs Brewing Company and Lancaster Brewing Company.
Plus, Parks on Tap, Philadelphia’s super-popular traveling beer garden, is at Gorgas Park from August 9-13, giving attendees one more option for excellent food and drinks.
While strolling through the Night Market and sampling numerous eats and drinks, attendees can enjoy live tunes at three different locations. (See the map below.) As many as eight different artists will perform, including Downtown Club, Fabian Akilles and DJ Casper.
Roxborough is also home to plenty of tree-lined streets and relaxing park spaces for you to unwind and dine within. At the corner of Ridge Avenue and Hermitage Street, find Gorgas Park, one of the area’s most greenery-filled havens.
