The fiercely competitive Army-Navy football game makes its grand return to Philadelphia this December after a one-year hiatus. The Army Black Knights from West Point and Navy Midshipmen from Annapolis will square off at Lincoln Financial Field for an intense matchup on Saturday, December 9 at 3 p.m.

For more than a century, the Army Black Knights have faced the Navy Midshipmen, and since 1899 Philadelphia has most often been the neutral locale for the epic rivalry.
Philadelphia is conveniently located between the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York and the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, making the city an easy choice for the Army-Navy game.
Excitingly, beyond the upcoming December 2017 game, the Army-Navy game will return to Philadelphia in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022 (!). Each game will take place on the second Saturday of the month in December. An estimated 50,000 people are expected to attend each game.
