It’s the second-to-last week for Center City Sips, which returns to more than 80 bars and restaurants in the city tonight. From 5 to 7 p.m., places like SkyGarten, Independence Beer Garden (above), Blue Duck on Broad, Pagano’s Market & Bar and Tequila’s will be serving up $5 cocktails, $4 wine, $3 beer and half-priced appetizers in celebration of the citywide happy hour.

Navy Yard Al Fresco

Oyster House’s Twin Lobster Dinner continues tonight during its seventh summer of shore-style eats in Center City Philadelphia.
