The Federal Donuts Cookbook
The three-hour event celebrates Federal Donuts’ love for Philadelphia and helps to launch the brand-new Federal Donuts cookbook, Federal Donuts: The (Partially) True Spectacular Story, the second book from Chef Michael Solomonov (a four-time James Beard Award Winner) and business partner Steven Cook’s (of CookNSolo Restaurants), with contributions from all of the Federal Donuts partners — Tom Henneman, Felicia D’Ambrosio and Bobby Logue.
Part recipe resource, part entrepreneurial narrative, the book officially debuts on Tuesday, September 26 and follows in the footsteps of the duo’s first cookbook, a 2016 James Beard Foundation Award winner for “Book of the Year” and “Best International Cookbook”.
Before kicking off the book tour, Solomonov and Cook wanted to celebrate the company’s roots in Philadelphia, inviting all of its fans out for a special al fresco celebration – which we can’t wait to join!
Look out for Visit Philly (we’re a presenting sponsor) at the block party and additional presenting sponsors Caviar, The Governor’s Woods Foundation, The Chef’s Warehouse, Yards Brewing Company and Fulton Bank.
