What’s uwishunu, exactly?
Written by a diverse group of in-the-know Philadelphians, uwishunu (pronounced “you wish you knew”) is your online source for an insider’s look at the Philadelphia scene. Whether it’s dining, drinks, nightlife, music, arts, shopping or any other Philly secret, uwishunu is the place to get the real deal from real Philadelphians. Our mission is to enable visitors to hang like locals and locals to hang like insiders.
Who’s behind uwishunu?
uwishunu was created by the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation, and features content from the uwishunu staff at GPTMC, as well as from many other contributors who are passionate about their city.
What should I check out first?
If you’re heading to town and looking for things to do you, you might want to check out our What to Do Thingamabob, which creates Philly itineraries based upon your responses to some entertaining quiz-style questions.
