Di Bruno Bros., in partnership with two of Philadelphia’s great local artisans, Tired Hands Brewing Company and Birchrun Hills Farms, is hosting a five-course tasting event on Thursday, May 12.
Chef Rob Sidnor crafted the menu, which will be offered alongside unique beer and cheese pairings, an experience fit for any food enthusiast.
Located in the Upstairs Cafe at Di Bruno Bros. on Chestnut Street, the celebration showcases artisanal products including craft beers and handcrafted raw milk cheeses. The event highlights the use of fresh, local ingredients, followed by a meet and greet with representatives from all three companies.
Seating is limited, so reservations are highly recommended (contact catering@dibruno.com). Tickets are $45 before May 12, $50 at the door.
Insider tip: the Italian Market branch of Di Bruno’s offers free beer and cheese tastings Wednesday nights from 5-8 p.m. Check their Facebook and Twitter pages for each week’s details. Note: the tastings run through Philly Beer Week (June 3-12) but then stop for the summer and pick up again in the fall.
