Tonight during Black Lily, you’ll be able to catch Hair Stories at the International House. Admission will run you $7, and the film starts at 7PM.
Hair Stories chronicles, through personal stories and experiences, the historical and cultural issues of beauty “good hair/bad hair” standards in the African-American community. It includes an exciting musical sound track and music video; Erykah Badu,Sonia Sanchez, Scott Storch, Jazzyfatnastees, Questlove of the Roots, and many more.
