Racked, Major National Shopping Blog, Launches Racked Philly Today

A warm welcome to the newest blog in Philadelphia: Racked Philly, a local outpost of the national Racked network, which covers all things retail. As Julie Davis, Racked Philly editor, says, “Retail is exploding in our city right now.
