Have you had a bagel from Spread, the cult favorite Montreal-style bagelry in Rittenhouse Square? If you have and you’re addicted like we are, this class is for you. If not, you don’t know what you’re missing, and therefore this class is for you. On Tuesday, October 30 at 7:30 p.m., Spread Bagelry will host a hands-on bagel-making class ($24). This Thursday, September 20, grab lunch with Iron Chef Jose Garces at The Porch At 30th Street Station. He’ll be conducting a cooking demo from noon-1 p.m. Plus, when you donate $10 to Philabundance, nab tasty samples from five Garces restaurants: JG Domestic, Chifa, Distrito, Garces Trading Company and Amada, plus Guapos Tacos food truck.
