Attention, lovers of free admission (i.e. everyone). In honor of Philadelphia Reads, a non-profit effort to promote literacy across the City of Brotherly Love, the Penn Museum hosts an evening of free admission and fun activities this Wednesday, April 10. The Philadelphia READS! Community Night welcomes guests to the museum from 5 to 8 p.m. for an evening of storytelling, poetry and workshops. This night of free admission serves as the start of the museum’s book drive, so guests are encouraged to bring a children’s book to donate. The full lineup of events is available here.
