The March 2012 issue of Food & Wine includes a Trendspotting piece entitled “50 Ways to Get Stronger, Smarter and Healthier.” In addition to new healthy snacks (kale chips and seaweed sheets, anyone?) and nutritious combinations of food (chickpeas + citrus dressing = Vitamin C Central), the article includes just four restaurants from around the country that help you keep it healthy.
