Business Insider took a look at job growth, affordability, residents’ well being, tech innovation, sustainability, culture and “cool factor” in cities across America and came up with a list of 15 cities that they think will be hot in 20 years. Guess what? Philadelphia made the cut! The piece predicted that the city “will become a dynamic arts destination,” and named low housing prices, affordable lifestyle and a cool arts scene as important contributors to that end. We obviously couldn’t agree more, but it’s great to get national recognition for the efforts of local creative professionals. [Business Insider]
