We’ve arrived at Video 101 of 101, which concludes Uwishunu’s Philly 101 video series.
Over the past 101 days, we’ve shown you a daily video spotlighting one authentic Philadelphian and what he or she wishes more people knew about in Philadelphia.
We turned “Youwishyouknew” into “Iwishyouknew.” And the answers were great.
From Temple food trucks to the jazz scene in Philadelphia to Heinz Wildlife Refuge to Yards Brewing Company to ComedySportz, from apple fritters at Reading Terminal to top-of-the-tower tours at City Hall to the view from the Ben Franklin Bridge, Philly 101 shared a great wealth of ideas for things to do and places to check out in Philadelphia.
It’s been a wild ride. Now we end it with a well-known Philadelphian who’s fond of taking his own wild rides on the baseball field in his personal ATV: the incredibly popular, incredibly awesome Phillie Phanatic.
We got to spend some quality time with Tom Burgoyne, Best Friend of the Phillie Phanatic, who also gave us insider access to his buddy the Phanatic’s locker room. We hope this video sends positive vibes the Phillies’ way so they can add to that W column; we have faith!
Check it out above. And thanks for tuning in; you can check out all 101 videos right here.
