Huge news for Chef Chip Roman: the March issue GQ Magazine just named his Chestnut Hill restaurant Mica as one of the 10 Best New Restaurants in the entire country! Mica is only 13 months old, and has already nailed accolades like Food & Wine’s Top 10 Restaurant Dishes of 2011. Chef Roman was allowed to pick another Philly spot to recommend and his choice was the equally decorated The Farm and Fisherman BYOB. But that’s not all. Tashan on South Broad made Alan Richman’s list of 5 Best Dishes of the Year for its Naga Beef Sümi. [GQ]
