The Palm Philadelphia Unveils Exciting Changes, Including Delicious New Menu Items, In Celebration Of The Restaurant’s 85th Anniversary

In honor of The Palm’s 85th anniversary, the restaurant has unveiled an exciting brand refresh that you can experience here in Philadelphia at the restaurant’s outpost inside the Hyatt at the Bellevue Hotel.

The menu has been completely reevaluated, so you can now enjoy new iterations of old favorites (Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Hand Cut French Fries) plus entirely new options (antipasti, Braised Veal & Sage Ravioli, Goat Cheese Whipped Potatoes, homemade gelato, and warm sugared donuts). Popular items are back, including the 14- and 18-ounce New York strip steak and 16-ounce lobster tail.

Revitalized tableware, menus and and waitstaff uniforms complete the makeover. The legendary wall at the Palm is, happily, untouched.

After 85 years, The Palm continues its legacy as a favorite dining destination for families, friends and business colleagues alike.
