The Philadelphia Orchestra is taking audience members on a journey through time and space with a special performance called An American In Paris, on stage November 23-25.

French guest conductor Stephane Deneve will lead the orchestra through a program of music by Gershwin, Debussy and Poulenc that evokes the taxi horns and smoky cafés of the City of Light.

Yes: there will be an actual taxi horn — the score literally calls for it!

Get tickets for this performance series, and check out what else is on the orchestra’s calendar, online.
