Time’s just about run out to fit a proper cook-out in before summer wraps. Not to worry though.
M Restaurant, the nearly hidden dining gem tucked away with one of the city’s most gorgeous (and equally clandestine) gardens behind the Morris House Hotel, is closing out the season with a pig roast on Sunday, September 1.
The roast pork will be offered three ways — smoked, traditionally roasted and Asian-style — and all the summertime barbecue fixings like corn, baked beans, pasta salads are included with the $25 cover.
Ten bucks more gets you drinks, and not only are the little ones welcome, kids younger than nine get to eat for free.
Along with the ample plates of pig, the restaurant will also have grilled chicken and vegetable options available for the porcine averse.
Plus, live music will be provided by South Jersey’s The Pedestrians.
Tickets for the pig roast are available now from the restaurant for $25, and available at the door the day of the event for $30.
