The Independence Seaport Museum Offers Kayak And Small Boat Rentals To Sea-Loving Guests, Now Through October 13

Now through October 13, be the captain of your own adventure on the Delaware River.

The Independence Seaport Museum now offers one-person and two-person kayak rentals and small and large rowboat rentals on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Boat rentals are available from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, and from 2 to 8 p.m. on Saturdays. The last boat rental is at 7 p.m. on each day.

Rental prices range from $8 to $15 per hour and must be paid in cash, the full list of costs per boat is available here.

Participants must be at at least six-years-old, and all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. A driver’s license or photo ID is required for all rentals.

Steer your own boat down the Delaware River, and take in the sweeping late summer and early fall views.
