In celebration of Greek Independence Day, Midtown Village modern Greek bar and restaurant Opa welcomes revelers to a feast of a party.

Take the routine out of Tuesday with an affordable (and delicious) four-course prix-fixe lunch or dinner available all day on Tuesday, March 25.

For $25, transport taste buds to Greece with a special menu such dishes as breads and spreads, saganaki and Bakaliaros Me Skordalia, the national Greek Independence Day dish of salt cod with garlic sauce.

And, of course, save room for the traditional Greek sweet, baklava, or beignets with honey-cinnamon drizzle.

A $25 wine or spirit pairing is available as well and reservations are suggested for this Greek feast.

Plus, for those who just want to raise a glass to Greece, arrive for happy hour with cocktails specials — the Bekris cocktail will just $5 all day — and free snacks at the bar.

This “4th of July” for Greeks around the world marks their liberation from Ottoman Empire in 1821.

Help celebrate!
