Let’s fly. Tangle Movement Arts, a nine-woman circus arts dance company, debuts its latest show, Timelines, next week at the Christ Church Neighborhood House in Old City.

The unique show is set to wow audiences from Thursday, April 3 to Saturday, April 5 with sky-high aerial trapeze and acrobatics paired with theater, spoken word and dance.

Timelines showcases group members’ talent through a number of different themed scenes — a secretary in the 1950s dreaming of the future, a Vaudeville-centric performance and much more.

Tickets are super affordable for the one-of-a-kind show, ringing in at $15 for students, artists and seniors and $20 for general admission. Tickets are available online.

Timelines is presented as part of the Philadelphia Queer Media Activism Series, a set of live performances, discussions, screenings and more that all aim to start a conversation about race, gender, class, disability and citizenship issues through creative outlets. Timelines specifically focuses on female and queer experiences.
