Celebrate the 202nd birthday of the Academy of Natural Sciences as it raises a hat to the day it was established — Founders Day — on Friday, March 21.

All day long, the museum promises guests pay-what-you-wish admission in honor of the anniversary.

Look forward to hands-on activities, a dinosaur nest workshop, a fossil prep lab, opportunities to meet live animals in addition to access to the museum’s children’s discovery center, the butterfly exhibition, dinosaur hall and more. The full list of events is available right here.

Note that access to the museum’s marquee exhibition, Dinosaurs Unearthed (which closes next Sunday, March 30!), is not included in the pay-what-you-wish entry.

Admission to Dinosaurs Unearthed is $5 for non-members and $3 for members, plus the price of general admission.

The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays.
