Halloween is here and Philadelphia marks the holiday in a major way with killer celebrations all weekend long.

Tonight, Friday, October 31 is Halloween and tomorrow, November 1 is the Day of the Dead, which means spooky celebrations are in high supply.

Eastern State Penitentiary continues its super scary Terror Behind the Walls — the number one haunted house in the country! — with tours available all weekend.
