From 7:30 to 11:30 p.m., the historic indoor farmers’ market will be open after hours for its 5th annual Party for the Market.
The evening will be a bonanza for foodies, shoppers, music fans and more. Inside the massive market, two stages will feature non-stop live entertainment as patrons enjoy more than four open bars, all-you-can-eat offerings from more than thirty vendors, a dance floor, and a cabaret and cocktail lounge.
Plus, be on the lookout for fun events like a celebrity pretzel-twisting contest, food tastings from City Kitchen, a palm reader, latte art demos and more.
Tickets are available online now. Young friends (ages 21-35) get in for just $75; otherwise, general admission tickets go for $175 apiece. For $300, VIPs get an extra half-hour to spend at the market, along with a commemorative gift and free parking.
Net proceeds from this fundraising event will go towards the preservation of this historic market, as well as to nutrition education for Philly kids.
