More than a few tears were shed when the Four Seasons Philadelphia hotel shuttered the Fountain restaurant in preparation for the hotel’s relocation to the new Comcast Center next year.
The luxury hotel isn’t leaving us hanging (or hungry), though.
This Friday, February 20 marks the debut of a new dining series held in the Café (next to the Lounge) during the primest happy hours of 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
House sommeliers and mixologists team up with chef de cuisine Joe Liberatore to create original food and beverage pairing stations.
On the first Sip & Savor session select wines can be mixed and matched with bites such as Kennett Square mushroom fricassee with pickled asparagus and toasted pine nuts and Moroccan lamb tagine with chickpeas, golden raisins and saffron couscous.
The tasting, including several dishes and wines costs $45 per person.
