Exciting news! Since Rideo Indego’s implementation in the spring, 100,000 bike rides have been taken as of Monday morning.

Talk about the city of biker-ly love!

Docking stations for the easily accessible, rentable bikes appear at some of the most populated areas in Philadelphia — near City Hall, Reading Terminal Market, Penn’s Landing, at Temple University and more — making the bikes super simple to find, rent and ride. Click here for the full list of docking stations.

Bonus: On the first Tuesday of the month, Indego Bike Share offers $1 rides for Indego Independence Dollar Days. All “walk-up trips” will be just $1 for the first 30 minutes instead of $4.

Note that trips lasting longer than 30 minutes will then be charged the normal rate of $4 per half hour. Also, Independence Dollar Days don’t work if you’re a member since rides are already included.

See below for photos (and one video!) of Philly’s great bike share system and make plans to take the bikes for a spin.
