Bring your appetite tonight, Philly: a number of major foodie events return to the city tonight to celebrate Philly’s great dining scene.

In Mt. Airy, the Mt. Airy Street Fare returns with bites from more than 50 vendors, shopping and live music and in University City, the Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll brings $1 food, drinks and other deals to the neighborhood.

Also tonight, the ever-popular culinary affair Feastival hits the FringeArts tonight with some of the best food and drinks in the city in order to raise funds for FringeArts.

Mt. Airy Street Fare

What: Tonight, food trucks will line Germantown Avenue in Mt. Airy for the annual Mt. Airy Street Fare, a festival that is presented in the spirit of The Food Trust’s popular Night Market. Head to Mt. Airy for eats from more than 50 vendors, shopping and live music.

Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll

What: In West Philly, the Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll returns for its fall session with $1 food, drinks and goods from more than 30 vendors. Participants include Desi Village, Dock Street Brewery and Little Baby’s Ice Cream.
When: Thursday, September 17, 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Where: 43rd to 51st streets on Baltimore Avenue

What: Tonight, the city’s culinary artists rally to support FringeArts with the annual Feastival event, which will be held for the very first time at FringeArts’ waterfront home. Enjoy food, drinks and performances from 7 to 10 p.m.

Philadelphia Fringe Festival

Culinary Tour of the Feast of San Genero at Osteria

What: Chef Joe Cicala of East Passyunk’s Le Virtù and Brigantessa heads to chef Marc Vetri’s Osteria to celebrate the traditional Italian festival with a four-course dinner and optional wine pairing.

Manayunk Restaurant Week
