The countdown to the New Year has begun, and it’s high time to make plans for the final meal of 2015.

Not sure what to do this New Year’s Eve? We suggest dining out — champagne mandatory.

To assist in the search, we’ve compiled a guide to New Year’s Eve dinners in Philadelphia with complimentary champagne toasts.

This year welcomes the return of two sets of (free!) fireworks shows on the Delaware River Waterfront, too, at 6 p.m. and midnight. Both firework shows leave ample time to feast either after (the 6 p.m.) or before (the midnight) shows.

Note that most dinner prices below don’t include taxes, fees and gratuity, so be sure to confirm any extra costs when you book your spot.

Read on for our guide to New Year’s Eve dinners with champagne toasts in Philadelphia.
