ROOST Apartment Hotel Adds A Second Address In Philadelphia

A hip new option for extended stays in Philadelphia's Rittenhouse neighborhood is now available.

Seeking a home away from home?

Travelers looking to rest their heads in Philadelphia for more than a brief stay now have yet another new option: ROOST Apartment Hotel has opened a second location in Philadelphia with a hip property in Rittenhouse Square.

Last year, ROOST launched right here in Philadelphia with its first extended-stay property housed in the historic Packard Building on 15th and Walnut streets.

Now, the Philadelphia-based hotelier — that Forbes says is “taking the best from AirBnB and boutiques and creating a new type of hotel” — has debuted its second location: ROOST Rittenhouse.

Beyond supplying many of the comforts of home, ROOST Rittenhouse also offers services like:

  • Bike share
  • A coffee concierge
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Dog walking
  • Regularly scheduled receptions
  • Situated in the tony Rittenhouse Square neighborhood, the new ROOST maintains the model of transforming a historic building into a haven for weary, long-term travelers with the amenities of luxury apartments and all the services of boutique hotels — think a 24-hour lobby lounge and a (soon-to-open) cafe, bar and restaurant.

The 24 residences at the contemporary extended-stay property makes for a great alternative home base for visitors with a longer trip, offering nicely appointed studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two penthouse suites.

Thanks to its super central location and boutique-hotel amenities, ROOST could make for great digs while settling in to make Philadelphia home.
