From 6 to 10 p.m. on Friday, August 11 and Saturday, August 12, Brooklyn Brewery’s high-energy beer bash returns to Philadelphia. Part of an eight-city tour that includes stops in Paris, London and Chicago, the interactive event includes beer, food, games and music … and more beer.
The fun will take place at The Woodlands Mansion & Cemetery in West Philly, where rooms in the mansion will be transformed into fun-filled beer wonderlands. Each space will feature distinct and quirky decor to go along with sudsy themes like Tart of the Tropics, The Forest, The Darkness and The Stoop.
Tickets are on sale now for $65 each, which includes unlimited tastings from Brooklyn Brewery (of course), as well as local Philadelphia-area breweries like Saint Benjamin Brewing Company, Evil Genius Beer Company, Free Will Brewing Co., Levante Brewing Company and Kurant Cider. The good folks of food authority Eater will curate the food spread, which will feature bites from local spots like Bar Amis and Revolution Taco.
Other fun touches on tap include a McClure’s Bloody Mary Bar, a Garden of Eatin’ Tortilla Chip Wall and tech-focused games from the New York University Game Center. Organizers promise some exciting surprises, too, but they’re keeping those secrets under wraps for now.
