Weekend Picks: Philly Theatre Week, RiverRink Winterfest, 76ers And Villanova Basketball And More…

Close out one of the most exciting weeks in Philadelphia history with a fun winter weekend...

E-A-G-L-E-S… EAGLES!

Still riding high from yesterday’s massive Eagles’ victory parade and celebration? Good — because there are tons of great things to do this weekend.

Didn’t mind the winter chill at the parade? Then head to Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest or Dilworth Park Wintergarden for outdoor winter fun, including ice skating, fire pits (at Winterfest), a wintergarden (at Dilworth Park) and more.

The first-ever Philly Theatre Week continues this weekend with dozens of stage shows throughout the city, while Opera Philadelphia‘s captivating play Written on Skin takes the stage at the Academy of Music.

And for the sports lovers already missing Eagles football, the young Philadelphia 76ers are jockeying for playoff position with games Friday and Saturday and the No. 1-ranked Villanova college basketball team takes on Butler, also on Saturday at the Wells Fargo Center.
