Philly Tech Week Returns With 100 Engaging Events, April 27-May 5

This is not a drill: Philly Tech Week is back!

The eighth annual, nine-day-long tech fest features 100 events at venues citywide for coders, creatives, digital marketers, business leaders and other professionals working in the ever-evolving technology industry.

Events are organized into tracks based on different disciplines and interests.

Creative track programming caters to digital artists and designers, while developers, project managers, programmers and web designers converge at Dev track events.

Media track meet-ups cover topics like digital marketing, content strategy and social networks. The digital divide, diversity and education issues are discussed at Access track events, while Civic track events focus on the impact of technology on the government and society.

Entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and startup leaders share their experiences and advice at Business track events and Sciences track programming is designed for professionals working in healthcare, public health, academia, economic development and similar fields.

This motivational summit promotes diversity in tech and empowers women of color to succeed in the rapidly-changing tech industry.
