TREETOP QUEST FAST FACTS
- Treetop Quest Philly is now open, on select dates, through November 25.
- The aerial adventure park in West Fairmount Park features six elevated obstacle courses for kids and adults.
- The courses range in elevation, with some nearly 60 feet up off the ground.
- Prices range from from $17 to $51 for a two-and-a-half-hour experience.
Located about a mile from Belmont Plateau and about a 20-minute drive from City Hall, the outdoor attraction features five distinct courses — which vary in difficulty and elevation — for risk-takers ages seven and up, plus a “Chick Pea” course for kids ages four to six.
Four of the courses feature different obstacles, including Tarzan swings, zip lines, tightropes, balance beams, rock walls and monkey bars. One course consists solely of zip lines.
Helpful course markers throughout each course indicate the level of difficulty of the path ahead, with level one being the easiest and level four being the most challenging.
Participants can choose to take on any of the five courses as many times as they’d like in the two-and-a-half hours allotted for general admission. Each individual course takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete, and the entire park takes around two to two-and-a-half hours to fly through.
Before climbing, participants must sign a waiver and complete equipment and safety training. A belay system — utilized course-wide — keeps participants safe while maneuvering through the course.
